This Penthouse apartment for up to 6 people is set in a
gated tranquil development in Playa Flamenca.
Southeast facing, perfect for sunny leisurely breakfasts on
the balcony overlooking the communal garden and pool
area with views of the Mediterranean. On the roof is a
shared solarium for sunbathing and relaxing.
Parking is available to the front of the building.
The apartment is accessed by external stairs or a lift and
features a large lounge/dining room with open plan kitchen
master bedroom with double bed and luxury en-suite,
double bedroom, family bathroom.
There are 2 extra pull up single beds.

The lounge / dining room has a 3-seater sofa, armchair
and coffee table. There is a large colour TV, 2 x Satellite
1/ BBC,Sky sports, movies etc & also 2 Astrid Satalite
(German, French and Spanish channels DVD and
stereo (please bring your own DVDs and CDs).

The dining table provides seating for 4.
There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Sliding doors
open to the balcony where you will find a table, and chairs.

The nearest supermarket, shops, car hire, restaurants,
bars and bank are at La Florida, 5-10 minutes on foot.
The Flamenca Beach Centre with still increasing number
of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants (Hungarian, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Spanish, and delicious Irish fish and chips,
just to mention a few) is 10-15 minutes walk away.

The blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca are 15-20
minutes on foot. There are also a number of other blue
flag beaches nearby.

The locally renowned (well worth a visit!!) Saturday market
is about a 10-minute walk. A Go-Kart circuit and
a Gym/Fitness Centre are also in walking distance.

Note:

Additional nights are charged £45, and use of the
Air-conditioning is 35 euro per week.
