 This spacious first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been built to a very high standard and has been tastefully furnished throughout.  Features include, tiled floors throughout, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV (inc BBC/ITV channels) and DVD player.  The kitchen comprises fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave and kettle, along with a full range of cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.  The living/dining room is spacious and leads onto a private balcony which then gives access to an extensive roof solarium fully furnished with sunloungers, table and chairs.  This solarium offers spectacular views of the area.  Both the double and twin bedded rooms have built in wardrobes and bedside tables and baby cots can be provided at a cost of approximately €15 although prior booking is required.  The property comprises a bathroom and shower room and also provided are iron, ironing board, hair dryer and safe.
