Silver; (key hold, checks & service)

We will hold the keys to your property for emergencies while you are not here in Spain. In addition your property will be checked once every month as follows:

• Checking security of all windows, doors, and other access points.
• Checking of water& electric appliances such as air conditioning.
• Flush toilets and run taps to minimize smells from drying pipe work.
• Airing of property.
• Check for pests.
• Clean, tidy, weed & water gardens and flower pots.

 Itinerary put together and checked by ourselves.

Gold;  (key hold with more frequent checks & service)

This package is as the silver but checks are made on your property twice every month, and with the addition of the cleaning of any outer blinds. If you require your property to be checked once every week, please see additions on next page.

 Any emergency call outs will be charged 20€ between the day time hours of 9am-9pm

& 30€ between the night time hours of 9pm-9am

 Checking of your property

In addition to the above packages, if you would prefer more checks to be done at any particular time, such as busy periods when the property is in use more often, or quieter times when the property is still in need of airing and cleaning, please see below for details.

 Additional checks

There will be an additional charge of 10€ per check.

 General cleaning of your property inside & out, includes washing of towels & bedding

Prior or post stay from 30€ to 50€ 

These prices are based on average sized properties ranging from 1 bed apartment to 3 bed properties. Please contact us for larger than average size properties.

 Spring cleaning of your property

Charged at 50€-80€

These prices are also based on average sized properties. As with general cleaning, please contact us for larger than average sized properties.

 Welcome packs

Welcome packs can be arranged to suit individual needs and are charged accordingly

Property Management From 280€ per year equivalent to 5.40€ per week for piece of mind

Bronze

• Keys held by us, a legally registered company (licenses are needed to do this).
• Free advertising of your property on our website and with other companies of which we work alongside, including your preferred photos of the property & links to information & things to do in the area.
• Setting of rental prices (as agreed with you the owner to include our costs).
• We deal with enquiries through to bookings.
• Checking for mail, and forwarding of mail if required.
• Meet and greet guests for handing over and collection of property keys.
• We prepare your property for the guests stay.
• Check for damage wear and tear etc.
• Check property is secure.
• Itinerary put together and checked by ourselves. A copy of this will be sent to yourselves after every visit.

Silver 

we can offer an extended package offering further radvertising through British airways and crewise which is a company owned by BA, they offer a brochure to club members and the staff of ba including flight crews, this is a new package we are doing after Crew wise picked out a couple of properties to be recommended to crew members due to the local golf courses and local to airports. Normal cost is 100 pounds but we came to an agreement with the company, you will also receive a discount card giving discount on flights and car hire amongst many shops and other services.

   Gold

The final package is all the above and well used holiday websites, we have gone to great lengths to find the most used places which families and golfers go to book or look for holidays, we have chosen a couple of the most popular and alternate the properties between the websites throughout the year, the properties would be on the crew wise web for the whole year and then alternated through the other websites, each time we get an enquiry with regards to a property which is booked or unsuitable we pass on our own website details where they can view all our properties, Many come back the following year and also pass on our web info to others, either friends or family.

 Should any work be needed on property, this will be passed on to yourselves for you to decide if we should get quotes and book any work to be done.

No work will be done without owner’s authorisation in writing to ourselves.

 We can also provide/ inform guests of additional services at an extra cost to them.
