The villa is situated just outside of San Miguel de Salinas 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja. The outside area offers a large private pool and outside loungers and seating. with a small terraced area up a few steps wheere you can sit in the shade in the heat of the day. Inside the property on the first floor you havea lounge diner and seperate kitchen. two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each and a large shower room to the other sid eof the lounge you have a double bedroom and full size bathroom. In the kitchen you will find everything you require for your eating and cooking needs, including plastic crockery and glasses for around the pool. From the kitchen you enter the utility area where there is a washer and dryer. From here you take the stair either up or down, oing up wioll take you to the roof area where you will find a couple of tables and a number of seating with the use of a gas BBQ, this is a delightful place to sit and eat while taking in the veiws accross the country side and lake area. Going back down the stairs leading to the lower part of the villa you w ill find a 2nd lounge and a further two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. The main bedroom is situated down here with en suite shower and the final twin room with en suite shower room.There are exterior doors from both the upstairs and the downstairs parts of the villa

  within 5 minutes you will find an activity centre which offers activities such as pony trekking, mountain biking, quad biking with use of pool area and other facilities. This villa is situated in an ideal place to access the motorway or the coast. you can investigate history,culture beaches and the more touristy areas with the use of a car.
